Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Adtendo, run by Aervo LLC (Hawaii), collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, role, email, organization, website and details about your programs.
- For clients: data inside your Google Ads account that we can see through our manager link, like campaigns, keywords, clicks and conversions.
- Billing details. When you add a card, you enter it on a page run by our payment processor, Stripe, and Stripe stores it. We never see or store your full card number. We can see your billing name, email, ZIP code, card brand, the last four digits and the expiry date, plus the charges we've made.
- Basic server logs from our hosting provider.
Public information
To prepare free checks and to find nonprofits that might want help, we look at public sources like the IRS exempt organization list, nonprofit websites and Google's public ad library. We don't buy contact lists.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare your check, run your account, send reports and bill you. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for anyone else's advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business, such as hosting, email and payment processing (Stripe), and only for those purposes. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Emails
If we email you and you'd rather we didn't, reply "stop" and we'll take you off our list.
Keeping and deleting data
If Google turns down your Ad Grants application, or you cancel before Google decides, we remove your saved card and delete your customer record in Stripe. Stripe may keep limited records it is required to keep by law. For clients, we keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We delete other client information within 12 months after you cancel, and we delete information about people who never became clients whenever they ask. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by email.
