Terms of Service

These terms cover the service called Adtendo, run by Aervo LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company ("we," "us"). "You" means the nonprofit organization that signs up and the person signing up for it.

1. What we do

We help eligible nonprofits apply for Google Ad Grants and then manage their Google Ad Grants account: keywords, ads, settings, routine compliance checks, and a monthly report. We are an independent company. We are not Google and we don't act for Google.

2. What we don't do

We don't submit the Ad Grants application for you. Only your organization can do that. We don't give legal, tax, accounting, fundraising compliance or financial advice. We don't handle donations or issue receipts. We don't work with military-affiliated or Defense Department-affiliated organizations, and we don't run political or advocacy campaigns.

3. No guarantees

Google decides who is approved, sets the program rules and can change or end the program. We can't guarantee approval, reinstatement, a level of ad spend, clicks, donations, sign-ups or any other result. We'll do the work described in your plan with reasonable care.

4. Your account

You own your Google Ads account and everything in it. You give us access by accepting a link from our manager account. You can remove our access at any time. You're responsible for keeping your organization eligible, answering Google's program surveys, and making sure your website and its content are accurate and allowed under Google's policies.

5. Your approvals

We'll send you a plan before your first campaigns go live. After that, you agree we can make routine changes without asking first, like pausing low performing keywords, adding new ads and adjusting settings to stay within Google's rules. You can ask us to check with you before any change.

6. Fees and payment

Our fees are a one-time setup fee of $249 and $99 per month. Prices are in US dollars.

When you sign up, you add a card through our payment processor, Stripe. We save the card but don't charge it at signup.

We charge the $249 setup fee to your saved card only after Google approves your Ad Grants application. If Google turns down your application, we don't charge you anything and we delete your saved card.

The $99 monthly fee starts when your ads first go live, and the first month is free for every client. After the free month, we charge your saved card $99 each month in advance until you cancel.

You authorize us to charge your saved card for these fees as described above. If a charge fails, or your bank asks you to confirm it, we'll email you a secure Stripe link to pay. We may pause work while a payment is past due.

7. Canceling

You can cancel anytime by email.

If you cancel before Google decides on your application, you owe nothing, even if we've already started work, and we delete your saved card.

If you cancel after Google approves your application, the setup fee charged at approval is not refundable. Monthly fees are not prorated. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month (including the free month), you won't be charged again, and we'll remove our manager link.

We can end the service with notice if you stop paying, misuse the service, or become ineligible.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your account data private and use it only to provide the service. We may use combined, anonymous results across clients (for example, which ad wording tends to get clicks) to improve our work. We won't name you or share your data without your permission.

9. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-opportunity damages, including lost donations or loss of the grant.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Hawaii law.
